5G planning reg violations

Having inspected the Gloucester Planning Portal we have found very little evidence to show that public consultations have taken place. In some instances, masts have been approved in as little as 5 days after the application had been received which clearly validates our concern that the public have been given no say in the matter.

We are painstakingly working our way through the list of these applications and have found a large number of errors and what we believe to be outright fraud.

Did you know that almost every ICNIRP Certificate of Safety in Gloucester has been issued by Three UK Limited which is a dissolved company at Companies House as of 2015? This raises serious concerns for members of the public since the telecoms companies have absolved themselves of liability for any harm, injury or nuisance to the public. Gloucester Council do not have insurance for this technology either.

Whatever your stance on 5G technology is, we hope you realise that the public have a right to have their voices heard and Gloucester Council have a legal responsibility to adequately consult with us prior to installation.

Do you live near a mast and have a story to tell? We would love to hear from you!
